so everything was fine before yesterday i was playing pubg and after sometime the white light above power connector which is 8pin (gtx 1070 aorus need one 6pin and one 8pin connector) started blinking for 1 sec and turn off then after 5-10 mins blink again for 1 sec and turn off again and keep happening untill i turn off the game..

As far as i know this is related to power..
my psu is crosair VS650W i think this psu can handle 1070 with no problem and also i dont do OC to card or cpu so i am sure this is not because of overclocking.

should i swap the 6pin with 8pin or change power cord of psu??

i cant change psu or graphic card 🙁 too much expensive for me

here is the image from the video i took the screen shot of blinking light

Solution
if you have a local shop or a friend with a volt meter check the 12v power on the 8 pin connector see if it there and holding. if not the power supply may have gone bad.
You can try a different cord, just make sure it's a PCIe power cord.

To test where the issue is you really need to test the card and PSU to find out where the possible issue is, try the card in another system that can run it, try a card with a similar power draw on yours.

Did you already contact the vendor for support?
