Question Blue Arrows are over many of my files

So earlier today seemingly out of nowhere, every file that was on my desktop or under the documents folder now has these blue arrows. Any files on my hdd seem perfectly fine. Also I'm not sure if its related. But after I had noticed all the blue arrows made it unable for me to open any mp4 files. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

If you are talking about two blue arrows pointing at each other, the symbol shows the files have been compressed by Windows. Here are some ways to deal with it; either stop the compression and expand those that have been compressed, or hide the arrows. https://www.isumsoft.com/windows-10/2-ways-remove-double-blue-arrows-on-icons.html
