Recovery
your pc/device needs to be repaired
the application or operating system could not be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors
File: \WINDOWS\system32\winload.exe
error code 0xc000000e

I feel like my blue screen is slightly different.
I sometimes get this blue screen but other times when I just go to my bios and boot using my SSD, I can get to windows and make this post. However, after a long bit. All my windows close, and my taskbar doesn't respond. Then it shows me a blue screen where it's collecting data. Then when it restarts it goes to the blue screen mentioned in the beginning.

I've tried using the recovery disk and doing "bootrec /rebuildbcd" However, the Total Identified Windows installations is always 0. I can't seem to rebuild bcd. Thanks for the help!

Motherboard: GIGABYTE H110M-A

Solution
Right ... as expected.
Bootloader is located on HDD and both of your drives have problems.

Crucial MX300 is somewhat aged model and has started developing relocated sectors. For SSD this is normal. Problem is, it also looks like is disappearing form system from time to time.
Either loose sata cable or faulty drive.
First change sata cable. If it doesn't fix the problem with drive disappearing, then get a new SSD.

Toshiba HDD also has developed some relocated and pending sectors. For HDD this is bad. First pending sectors need to be resolved (get them from 40->0). This can be done with mhdd (scan with relocate option).
But ultimately you should think about replacing this drive also.
However, after a long bit. All my windows close, and my taskbar doesn't respond. Then it shows me a blue screen where it's collecting data.
Check health of your drives.
Use Crucial Storage executive for SSD and HDtune health for HDD.

Also post screenshot from Disk Management and
examine windows event viewer logs.

One way those symptoms can be caused, if bootloader is on one drive, windows installed on other drive and windows drive is failing.

Thanks a lot for the response. I will follow your steps accordingly. So far been using my computer for 4 hours now, it seems fine. But will still look for new SSDs and HDDs for a replacement!
