blue screen error

the error was system thread exception not handled and some other letters but i could not get them
i dont know much about blue screens and i am also getting a error when myy pc starts up sometimes where it cant find my ssd but restarting ussualy fixes it. if you know anything that would be great

Have you checked the Windows logs? Open Event Viewer and check out the System Logs.
