Blue screen of death problems

So I've been getting blue screens that say machine check exception and "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval". Now before these, my PC was running fine but now all of a sudden, the blue screens start occurring. At first I thought it was my memory so I got a new kit but even after that, it still occurs. I've tried reinstalling Windows, using different drives, different ram slots, and using safe mode. Safe mode is the only time that it allows me to get to desktop, every other time, it freezes at the windows loading screen that says welcome and then the blue screen pops up. Also, when I do get to the desktop somehow, it freezes after about 20 seconds and then does the whole thing over again. Any thoughts? If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Edit: after taking out my gpu and letting the pc run on integrated graphics from my I5 6600k, it boots fine but after a few minutes the PC freezes and nothing happens afterwards. This usually occurs when I try and update drivers from my motherboards installation disk.

I was getting a blue screen of death on my new p.c build, A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor was always reported, I tried windows updates and re-installing graphics drivers the problem got more regular and even done a system restore out of desperation and even considered intermittent psu failure or cpu, but to my surprise I just increased my fan speeds to allow more cooling and the problem has disappeared for now! I know every ones blue screen problem can be very different, but not once I came across this very simple solution and the strange thing is there was no temperature warning at all! I have a i3 6320 and a GA-H110M-S2H DDR4 motherboard with a R7 370 Graphics card which was failing due to this similar...
are you running the latest bios or did you update that before the troubles or added system monitoring software & ADIA 64 (formally everest) or the board has it's own ocing software/monitoring software? Have you changed cpu settings other than default/auto

So im pretty sure im running the latest bios and I dont know how to update them without access to the desktop. I had system monitoring software before the incidents but now they're gone because I reinstalled windows and formatted my ssd. The board does have its own ocing software and monitoring software but the cpu isnt oc'd. I did change the settings of my cpu but they have been reverted back to default.

As I was very frustrated at the time!
