Blue screen on startup

Hi everyone,

I've been having a problem with a blue screen every time I start up my computer. It gets to the windows initializing screen (the picture of the windows logo with the floating lights around it) but after that it goes to a blue screen, restarts, and prompts for System Recovery, which never works.

I have been able to work around it by entering BIOS before the blue screen happens. What strikes me as weird is opening BIOS alone is not enough, I need to change a random setting to bypass the blue screen. In other words, all I have to do to get my computer to boot properly, is open BIOS, change any setting, and then save and exit. I honestly have no idea what's going on, and I don't know how to interpret the dmp file or the blue screen itself, so I'm attaching them to this post. Any help is appreciated.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, by the way.

So having had no responses, I decided to reinstall windows, as I'd been planning on doing that anyway for a while. It's worked fine for a couple days. But then I shut down to install 164 windows updates, which were clearly because I installed a fresh copy of Win7. Now I can't get my computer to boot except into safe mode. Please, PLEASE help me, as I have no idea what to do. On this last time around I had windows log the drivers that were loaded into ntbtlog.txt, that's contained within the link below. Thanks!

your sound card driver:

remove your sound card from the machine - reboot:
(toggle a BIOS setting to force the BIOS rebuild the small database of hardware devices it sends to windows)
(you can add it back in after you disable your onboard sound in BIOS, and the sound included in your video driver via control panel device manager)

remove your old Symantec Corporation software from 2011,2012 and 2013 - reboot.
apply all the windows updates -reboot until none are left

google for the intel chipset drivers and install them.
update your ethernet card driver:
