Question Blue Snowball ICE does not work wiht amazonbasics cable, no input detected

Hey Guys,
so i was messing around with my mic (finding new spots, etc) when the original cable stopped working. it was bent and it caused multiple power surges. so i ordered a new cable, here is the link:mic cable
when i plugged it in, nothing. no windows sound for when it detects, doesnt detect on discord, obs, nothing.
the red light on the front isnt on either. Please help!

Try another cable, it could be the connection on the mic is bad.

i dont have a cable that works on the snowball ICE. exactly why i ordered one
