Question Blue Yeti doesn't work in Stereo Mode (or other patterns)

Hello, I am trying to record audio for the Blue Yeti in stereo mode, to have a binaural effect. I have my Blue Yeti set to stereo pattern, set my speakers as the playback device, and the yeti to the recording device, with 2 channels for stereo in both audacity and in windows sound control panel. I have tried all hosts of MME, DirectSound, and WASAPI, but Audacity still doesn't record the Yeti as stereo sound, and it plays back like the audio is mono (sound coming out both ears equally).

Attached are my Audacity settings for Audio Settings and Recording. I also have tried recording with Windows Sonic for headphones turned on and off, and neither result in the binaural effect I am looking for. I have also uninstalled and updated Realtek Audio Drivers from the motherboard's drivers page and this hasn't worked either. I also am not able to get the stereo mode to work when using Windows built-in Voice Recorder app, or when I am monitoring the Blue Yeti's input through Windows Sound Control Panel.

This makes me believe that the issue is with how the Blue Yeti interfaces with the OS or the audio driver in general, but I don't know what the issue could be, because I can't get stereo mode to work when Realtek Audio Driver is uninstalled as well. I hope someone is able to help me record with the stereo setting for the Blue Yeti, because none of the guides and forums I have seen online have helped me so far.

I am aware it is not a true "binaural" microphone, but I still can't get the Yeti to record in stereo mode, with a panning effect between left and right. It's frustrating because I once used the Yeti a long time ago to record ASMR with Audacity, and had the "binaural" effect of panning audio, but I can't replicate it. I even tried using the same settings for Audacity but it hasn't worked so far.
