Question Bluescreen when booting with XMP enabled

Hello, I turned XMP profile 1 on so I could reach 3200MHz on my ram but whenever I boot, load discord and then another program I get the bluescreen error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I set it back to 2133MHz and now it's working again. Not too great with this stuff so please explain the fix like you're explaining it to a 3 year old.
