[SOLVED] Bluetooth driver issue?

The Bluetooth on/off button has disappeared from my Bluetooth panel on my PC and I've been tearing my hair out trying to fix it. My Bluetooth driver (Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Bluetooth 4.1) is giving the error message: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Bluetooth Troubleshooter also returned "Check Bluetooth Radio Status - Not Fixed"

I have tried:

Uninstalling the driver, it automatically installs itself again within a few seconds
Running sfc /scannow
Setting Bluetooth Support Service to Automatic startup (and restarting it)
Installing the latest Intel Wireless for Bluetooth driver (is this supposed to replace the Qualcomm driver? I don't see any change in device manager)
Several restarts throughout this process

I'm completely out of ideas here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
