[SOLVED] Bluetooth speaker stutter

Recently I've noticed that my bluetooth speaker has been stuttering when connected to my laptop, when I connect it to my phone it works just fine. I've tried reconnecting the device, checking drivers, etc. Any tips on how to solve this issue?
Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 100-15ibd
Bluetooth: speaker Sven PS250BL

There were a couple of Windows updates that were creating Bluetooth issues.
Remove all paired devices, uninstall the Bluetooth drivers and devices, reboot and allow Windows update to reinstall them.
