Question Bluetooth wont auto connect

So. I upgraded my entire pc recently, everything turned out fine. Here is my build for anyone interested https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zZQ2Wc . I only started having this problem after upgrading though. I use a pair of BOSE QC Bluetooth headphones sometimes. In my previous build I would turn them on, and they would automatically connect and take up the primary audio device. Now though, I'll turn them on, and they'll seemingly connect, but wont connect automatically, or even show up in my sound popup from the taskbar as an option. How do I fix this? I've tried unpairing and re-pairing, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, even checked BOSE's website for updates. Any help is appreciated!! The audio connects when I disconnect it and manually reconnect it, but I want it to show up automatically.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? As for your BlueTooth, does the same happen with other BT devices?

You state updating everything in your system, I don't see storage showing up in your PCPP listing, which leads me to assume you left the storage intact. If so, did you reinstall the OS after the platform migration?
