Question Blurry Textures in some games

Is this a problem related to my game or my drivers... well this problem is not with all of my games... GTA 5, AC Odyssey work just perfect ... I also have some anti aliasing problems in my just cause 4 though(it shows flickering edges on textures and its most noticeable in trees)

in case anyone is thinking... i've checked those small things like updating driver, NVidia control panel optimisation... these things didnt help

Anyones help will be highly appreciated

Not gonna lie the game is from EMPRESS (cracked)
the game works perfectly fine but some graphical issues
and the system specs are mentioned in the video description
