blurry

My config:

1) ViewSonic PF775
2) Matrox Millenium G450 16MB DDR (dual head - do not use second head)
3) Asus A7V

1024*768 16 bit color @ 85Hz (this is maximum?)

Now I have a small problem.

- Picture quality is very good at CENTER but poor (no good) on the corners & borders. So what do I do?

degauss ..other than that you might could adjust the moire a bit.. (this is not what moire adjustment is for but it can help this). But beyond that is a common characteristic with CRT monitors especially ones that aren't flat. If it's really bad, it made need servicing.
