[SOLVED] Boot to BIOS/only every second Boot successfull

Hello,

first, here is my setup:
Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
G.Skill DIMM 16GB DDR4-3200
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Series NVMe/M.2 500GB
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB SATA
Seagate Barracuda 2TB SATA
DVD-RW optical drive

The OS is installed on the M2-SSD, which is - just like MB, RAM & CPU - new and running since three weeks. Everything went fine until I changed the memory clock rate (default on 2133, changed it to 3200 MHz). Since I did this, every first attempt to boot ends in BIOS. Boot options/priority are set (M2 SSD first, optical drive second, all other slots are deactivated). The second attempt works fine, I already tried deactivating "Fast Boot". Has any of you guys a good solution or the same problem? Could a BIOS update solve this?

TY
