Question Booting to a black screen

Hi

Came back to my PC and noticed all the graphics looked off so I rebooted it.

Now it just boots to a black screen with a cursor only. If you move the cursor to the edge of the screen it goes even blacker, if i move the mouse back off the edge of the screen the screen lightens (still black) and the cursor reappears.

Ctrl alt del does nothing.

Rebooted a million times.

Checked bios. UFEI looks fine.

Post is fine.

Literally have no idea what to try next.

Just to clarify what I mean by graphics looking off. The display ran off the edge of the screen and the resolution had dropped.
