Question Bootloop after upgrading pc parts

I recently upgraded some componets of my Pc for work and kept my old hard drive and I am having some issues booting. First of all when I boot it shows the Asrock logo and then it goes to windows error recovery where it either lets me iniciate repair or boot normaly however neither let me start windows 7 as the repair tools dont work and when i boot normally the pc freezes at the windows logo and then goes to BSoD for a fraction of a second and reboots to where I started. If anyone could help and give me some advice It would be much apreciated.

Specs are:
Amd Ryzen 3 1200
Asrock X370M HDV
Hyperx 4GB ram ddr4
Msi GT 640
Hdd is a 500gb from WD

if you upgrade the board or cpu you have to do a full reinstall of the os .

I read somewhere around that I should try chaing to ACHI or some stuff like that but i doesnt seem to work. I is a pity that I have to reinstall everthing
