Boots to window 7 then crashes restart

hey i just built a custom computer. Sabertooth 990fx with 6 core amd processor. Everything works in t ell it boots to window 7 logo then quick blue screen crash then restart

You can't reuse windows 7 with a new motherboard. You'll need to install your old board and backup your files, then format with the new motherboard.
