Question Brand new build, no display

Hey guys! I have just finished my first build, and ran into a bit of a hiccup; All of my system powers up- rgb, fans, and graphics card, but no display. After 8 hours of 1 by 1 diagnosing, performing cmos resets with and without the jumper, moving ram, checking cables, I have found it to be the cpu or mobo. Do any of you have a hunch as to which one it may be? I don't have another system to test with. The mobo is an msi z390 gaming edge ac and the debug light stays hard lit on the cpu light the whole time. The cpu is an intel i7-9700k.
