Question brand new GPU artifacting NO OC

hello guys, recently i took home radeon rx 5700 xt strix OC. It worked as it should getting 110 fps in gtav max graphics aaaaaand all of a sudden my entire screen fills up with artifacts (very bright, lots of reflections from vars just before it happened), crashed, BSOD and then the pc restarted.

Msi Kombustors (GL) msi-01 (burn-in mode) detected a lot of artifacts. Gets kinda hot 85 degrees maybe up to 87 degrees sometimes.

What do you guys think, do i just return it and get a new one?
