Question Broken Power Supply or worse?

Recently a horrible storm came through my town. I couldn't unplug my PC in time.

I saw a bright flash of lightning outside my window, my 2nd display turned off, and now there will randomly have green pixels across my main display.

I have it all plugged into a power strip with a breaker on it, but it didn't trip.

No other port other than my DVI port on my GPU works. Nothing else has been an issue.

Is it a bad PSU or worse??

Could be just the power supply could be everything. Going to have to test each part to find out or just do the American thing and claim insurance.
