Browser page shrinkage

I can't access my icons in the top right corner as the page has shrunk over a period of time. The handles only help a little.

Use the View tab at top of browser page.

Thanks, but it doesn't work. I have changed browser to Internet Explorer and it doesn't happen with that, as yet. I prefer google browser.
