Question Bsod after reset my pc option

I was having a bsod around once a day so I decided to choose the reset my pc option since it did solve my problem before. However, after doing so I started getting a bsod every 3-5 minutes now. I would like to trouble shoot it by completely reinstalling windows but it seems I can’t even display windows safe mode or my bios. While I do get some errors the most common one I get is system service exception with drivers like fltmgr and ntfs being the causes. Any idea on what I could do? I want to exhaust a any option I can before taking it into a shop.

what are specs of the PC?
what motherboard do you have? Many have an option called Boot Overrride that lets you boot off USB without changing boot order.

BSOD shouldn't stop BIOS from showing.
