Question BSOD comes after the screen goes black when shutting down.

So I bought a brand new gaming laptop dellg15 5510 model, everything was fine until yesterday night when I stopped the gaming for the day and shut the lap down, the screen went black which happens after the shutting down screen, then suddenly it opens to a BSOD( stop code: PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR) today I used my lap and it didn't come the first 1 or 2 shut down, but came again just now, I installed bluescreenviewer application and it said the driver crashing is ntoskrnl.exe, the only thing I've done recently is updating the bios directly from dell support assist and updating Alienware command center application ( also from dell support assist), it couldn't be the ram or disk problem cuz it's brand new and there was no physical damage from my side, even the temps when gaming was normal 70s.

Yeah I've tried uninstalling it and installing another version ( I think) from the official dell site, as of now I'm not getting any bsods, I'll update if it comes again, thank you
