Hello everyone! In the last few weeks i'm having a flustrating problem. Every like 4th time I try to shut down my PC it says Shutting down.. then the screen goes black the PC is still running and after few seconds I get a BSOD (Most commonly "memory_management" but yesterday I got "system_service_exception" and few weeks ago my PC was shutting down for like 30 minutes and then BSODed with "internal_power_error". I never had those problems before even tho it's a pretty old PC (like 9 years already). Those BSOD's always happen on shutdown never while i'm using it. After the BSOD the PC just restarts and it will successfully shut down the next time.
OS: Win 10 2004
CPU: i5-3570k
GPU: ASUS GTX 560 Ti
Memory: 4x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz (Before I had 2x4GB but after I started playing few newer games/using VSC, WinSCP and other programs that I was using 24/7 it just wasn't enough so I bought SAME pair of 2x4GB RAM. This was like 6 months back.)
PSU: 600W
HDD/SSD: 1GB HDD, I don't have SSD yes I know it is painful
What I tried:
I ran: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth both didn't find any corruption.
Some minidumps that got created after those BSODs:
