So I have recently built a PC out of used parts. I started stress testing the CPU and RAM ( CPU+FPU+Cache+RAM ). The test was going fine ( I stress tested it for about 10 minutes ), until I clicked Stop and then the PC immediately froze and threw a BSOD ( PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA ). I did not overclock any of my parts and I cannot reproduce the error again. I want to be cautious, because I am going to sell this PC.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Run some other tests. this may be only because of Aida's fault. OCCT is good one.
