[SOLVED] BSOD's when playing game (got 3 BSOD's different)

I have an BSODs when playing games, the game is stuttering before BSODs appear

my spec :

• Intel Core i5 3570
• Patriot 2x4GB RAM (1600Mhz)
• MSI GTX 1050 TI 4GB
• ASUS H61M-E
• PSU 1st Player 400W Bronze
• HDD 500GB

BSOD's showing only when i playing games, on idle or browsing its not.

There are 3 BSOD's appear when i play games :

1. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
2. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
3. CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION

the way i've done :

1. Test RAM with memtest86 and result is 0 errors
2. Reinstall driver GPU with DDU
3. Switch RAM slots
4. XMP disabled by default

Games that i play :

1. Shadow of the tomb raider
2. Resident Evil 2 Remake

Check your disk health with Crystaldiskinfo.
You could download and run the portable (zip) version, so there isn't a need to install anything.

The disk appears healthy, so that leaves the PSU and motherboard.

I already using driver verifier to know what cause this problem, but when i play some games the bsod's not showing

Driver verifier cannot diagnose motherboard or PSU problems.
