Hello everyone, I apologize in advance for poor English, it's not my native language.
I want to replace my old CPU + motherboard + maybe RAM just to gain more stable FPS while playing CS:GO on 240hz monitor. I can feel fps drops from 300+ to less than 200.
Current setup:
CPU: I3 8350k (OC 4.5ghz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 HD3
Memory: 16GB Kingston Fury Beast 2666mhz
Video Card: Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2060 6 GB
Power: Be quiet! pure power 10 600W
CPU cooler: SPC Fera 3 (As i know i will have to buy a kit but this cooler should be enough)
Case: Zalman Z1 Midi Tower
Monitor: Benq Xl2546
Sound card: Xonar DGX
As far as i know the most important thing in cs:go is single core performance.
I was thinking about I5 12400F + Gigabyte B660M DS3H DDR4 + Kingston Fury Beast 16GB [2x8GB 3600MHz DDR4 CL17] - would it be a good choice? Or maybe Ryzen 7 5700X would be better or something else?
