What is your budget and in what country? Right now I can see that the PSU you are choosing isn't good and you will want a larger SSD as 250GB won't hold much. The GPU is another place where you can do better in terms of price/performance.

Hi, Thanks for your response.

Budget - 50 to 55k ; Country - India

PSU - What would you recommend?

Apart from the SSD I am going to buy, I already have a 500GB Sata HDD.

It is just that I wont be able to leverage more for a better GPU and that is the reason I ended up
choosing a better GPU within my budget range.

Please recommend a preferable GPU where I could spend a bit more than GTX 1650 super.

This post has budget PSUs in it that are decent. https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/recommended-psu-to-buy.3603290/#post-21736677

For a GPU you could get an RX580. Typically the 580 is less expensive than the 1650 and the same performance.

RX 580 does not play as nice with cheaper psus, so if the OP can't, or isn't willing to invest in a nicer unit, the 1650 Super would be the better investment, as it's less likely to 'whine' with cheap psus.
If RX 580 8GB variant is better than gtx 1650 super, when combined with a better PSU, can you recommend a PSU which will be compatible with rx 580?

That's not what I was saying. A breakdown:
1)The 2 gpus are very close in performance:

That's across 17 titles. The difference would only get narrower if more games were added, and with weaker cpus - the 9900K was used in those runs.

2)The gpu is the most stressful part of a gaming PC, and between the 2, the 1650 Super is more power efficient. 100w VS 185w TDP, with the aftermarket cards typically drawing more.
A VS450 is not going to hold up well with an RX 580. It has nothing to do with wattage in this case, but the components inside. It simply wasn't designed to deal with loads from gaming gpus.
A 1650 Super won't be as hard on the home/office unit because it draws less power overall.

If you can't afford a nicer psu, then you will have fewer upgrade options.
