Budget gaming pc

Trying to build a budget pc that will be able to play games from 2 years ago up to today with decent fps (45-60) and medium graphics,i need CPU GPU MB and ram and my budget is around 400$. I've hit a wall on the GPU front, thinking of getting a GTX 750 Ti or an rx460 (alltho i cant find one near 110$). Another issue i have is whether i should look into AMD's dual graphics technology or not. The games i was hoping i could play are Ark survival evolved and 7 days to die

He said he only needed CPU MB RAM and CPU. In which case you would probably still be OK with:

i3-6100
Asus H110M-A
2x4GB DDR4
And I would maybe recommend trying to get a 960 for the rest of the budget.
