Bug with External Storage

I've a bug with my External storage. When I connect my disk the computer don't recognize it. It say that it is empty but when I connect it to my Phone it's OK. Please help me

Hi thibaudwjc, what brand it the external storage? Is the drive detected in the BIOS of the computer?
