Build for a Friend

Hey guys, I know it's been a while since I've been around, but I've been busy (and watching you )

Anyways, I told a friend I'd put together a rig for him. Here is his parts list (saved as a newegg wish list). I'm pretty sure compatability is okay, however I always open the floor for bargain hunters and critics.

He plays games, but he really spends most of his time dl-ing and watching movies. So, as for use, I'd say multi-tasking/gaming.
