Build for dad

I'm working on this build for my dad and was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions or alterations. All he really does is go on the internet, documents, email, basic stuff like that so its going to be pretty cheap, $300 is the limit. He doesnt need a HDD, OS, or anything like that. Heres what I came up with so far, dont think its too bad for sub $300. Any suggestions?

+1 for the combo and maybe change the memory. To run the PC-8500 you will need to bump up the voltage on the ram to 2.1 - 2.3 volts. Better to run this memory linked below, you want see a difference in speed, it's on the QVL, and you don't need to set the voltage.
