I want to build a atx pc(1100 euros budget) that i am going to play games 2k resolution and do some photoshop aside.I dont want to do many upgrades on the pc in the future ,the only thing i might upgrade is ssd, ram or fans.Have in mind that the prices in my country(greece) are similar to germany and italy.

Fairly comparable I would say. But AM4 is a dead end platform. Not going to be much in the way of DDR4 upgrade options and there aren't likely to be more CPUs for the socket.

With AM5 you can swap out the CPU in a few years, add faster DDR5, etc.

CoolerMaster MWE 750 Bronze 230V v2 750W

personally never skimp on the power supply

slight tweaked the gpu to rx 6800 and added the operating system in the build.

am4 doesnt have much of a upgrade path but later you can bump to a 12 core if its needed in future.

am5 is more but it is more future proof.

2k should be fine on the am4

To the OP, just be clear, the Zen3/AM4 build that @Eximo put up will be faster at gaming than the Zen4/AM5 build, as the 5800x3d CPU is faster in gaming. Now, this is not all games, but a high proportion.

As they pointed out though, no upgrade path for AM4, and the AM5 socket is now and for the next few years. With the newer tech you can simply swap out processors further down the line, for more performance.

Both recommended builds are very strong.

9800X3D in the near future, or whatever else AMD might come up with after Zen 5. I wouldn't be surprised with a June announcement and Q3 availability.

5700X is also a very good budget processor right now. But that would be more or less planned obsolescence. Spend less now to have more available when you do a complete platform upgrade.

Hard to justify an Intel build right now. 12th gen chips are cheap, but the only upgrade options are already on the market. My plan is to get a 14th gen chip and ride that for a few more years with my existing DDR4 and motherboard.

This Sharkoon case is even cheaper: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/9Dn9TW/sharkoon-vs8-atx-mid-tower-case-4044951039074
It's not as nice quality, but final price will be €1112

If the OP is not planning on upgrading in the future then it begs the question for an Intel build like so:
