Building a new Computer and dont know what i should get.

I dont know if i sould get the s745 Amd Sempron 64or s939 Amd Athlon 64? 😳

And i only have $500 to work with the game that i play is WoW and COD and COD 2. 😳

I was thinking of getting athlon 64 2800 with a mb with Pci-E 16x

Here is what i am putting in it

512mb ddr400
WD 80.0gb Sata 7200rpm
Geforce 6600 256mb Pci-E 16x
16x Dvd-rom black
Black case (dont know what yet)

I know my computer will not be good for games but i dont have alot of money to put on a computer and the computer i am using we'll lets says it way out of date. 😳
