Building new rig

Hey guys im upgrading my comp, and I was wondering if im getting the best for my money with these parts:

intel i5 2500k
g.SKILL Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800) 8GB (2x4GB)
ASUS P8Z68-V Pro GEN3 Z68 LGA1155 ATX 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2 PCI B3 Motherboard
and
Corsiar h80
also is there a cheaper asus board that will do overclocking and has no problems?

Depends on what other features you want really... Seems silly to get a $110 cooler and cheap out on the motherboard. Look at a Z77 board like an ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 or Maximus V Gene.

I wouldn't honestly be hung up on Asus either (personally poisoned after 2 boards died on me). If you want a bargain look at a GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 or an ASRock Z68 Extreme3. Just about any P67/Z68/Z77 board will get you to a respectable overclock.
