Buying a new PSU, as my old Corsair VS650 exploded within a day of use,

I have a budget of just under $70 for a new PSU

PC specs are,
AMD ryzen 2600
Nvidia GTX 1060
1x16GB corsair Vengence Ram
1x2TB Seagate hardrive

Need to squeeze a little more for the budget if you want to get a good PSU.
this is $95 before the mail in rebate

a 550w version is available, but it's only $1 less.

Or this, but it's also $95 before the rebate which brings it down to $71, and 550W from a high quality power supply is plenty for your system

EDIT: side note - 1x16GB RAM is a bad idea. Your system is only running in single channel mode for RAM because of that, which hurts performance.
