Question Buzzing/electical sound coming from PC

Recently my PC has started making a buzzing sound. It started off only here and there, but has become more persistent. I've taken it apart and temporarily disabled the fans yet it continues. I believe I've pin pointed the noise around the AIO(towards the front of the case). I've also checked the status of the drives and they've come back as "OK". Can the buzzing sound be the AIO? Or is it the PSU?

Most likely coil whine that is perfectly normal

Never heard that before, that's an issue. You need to pinpoint the origin.

After further examination, it appears to be coming from the AIO liquid cooler. I temporarily dc'd all fans (Including the cooler fans) and the sound persists. Not sure what is called, but the sound is coming from the little box on the radiator of the cooler.

If it’s under warranty I’d RMA. Is your cpu temps unusually high? It almost sounds like there’s no fluid going through the pump.

Core Temp is registering an average temp between 31C - 35C

Idle isn't really important but seems ok at that point. Personally I wouldn't use it till the cooler was replaced

I plan to replace the cooler but wanted to note that the sound stops when I angle the PC to 45 ish degrees. Not sure if that means anything, just thought I'd add that in.

Try flipping the radiator so the pump is on the low side
