Okay, Annoyingly.. I think that moving where the PC is plugged in is actually a fix for this.
The PC store said it's running fine and I can see it's running perfectly on all performance modes. The buzzing is much worse if it's plugged into the extension cable in my room and much better if it's plugged straight into the mains.
As if.. all that effort for that result
