Bytes is too large

Hello, Pls help me. I can't send my resume as attchment and the recipient says it exceeded 100000bytes. What should In do to lower the bytes. My file format is PDF. Thanks

Remove any pictures you may have in there. 100k is a very small attachment restriction though, it's pretty hard to get under that these days.
