c600 caddy

I have a c600 without a hd or caddy. Can I install a new hd without the
caddy?

If the C600 is like other Dell notebooks, no. Along with the caddy comes a
small connector which fits over the pins of the hard drive and plugs into the
chassis... Ben Myers
