Question call of duty MW3 texture quality not going low

i have a low end pc so i put everything on lowest setting possible but in cod mw3 idk why but texture resolution is not goin to low. whenever i set it to low it automatically goes back to normal.

downloaded it 🙁 but listen... please before deleting this listen to me first... i have downloaded this game before but that time it was working fine. but when i reinstalled it. this problem began

Sounds like you should buy the game then, so you dont have to worry about issues like this.
