Question Can’t access windows

So
Out of the sudden my pc got a blue screen
Saying “ critical process died” and since then I can’t even get into windows, when I reboot it goes to the same page until it goes to the “automatic repair page”
But if I click on advanced options, I can’t do anything because when I try to reset my pc for example it says “ there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.” Could someone help me?

If you dont mind losing your files in your hdd i woud suggest a format and a new installation of windows.

Have you tried "repair windows"?By inserting your Windows dvd?

If you have a full system backup, yes. But if you don't, unfortunately no. That's why a lot of us make backups - it's the "ounce of prevention".
