[SOLVED] Can a 300watt PSU Handle my PC?

Hello Guys, I'm planning to buy some Components for my System, Can my 300watt PSU Handle these Specs?

CPU: Intel I5-2500

GPU: NVIDIA GT710

RAM: 4GB DDR3-1333

Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-S2PV (REV 2.2)

PSU: Green 300 WATT

Notice: I'm not going to Overclock anything on my PC.

I think it should be able to.
The GPU is 25 watts and the CPU is 95 watts.
I don't see the rest drawing even close to 180 watts.
