Question Can a locked CPU be overclocked?

Hello. I have a locked CPU. My question is, can i overclock my CPU? If overclocking a locked CPU is impossible, is there another way, besides overclocking, that can increase the power of my CPU?

My CPU is this: AMD-A4-9120e RADEON R3, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G

Do you have Turbo speed turned on in your laptop's BIOS? If you run a program like the free HWINFO program are you getting the 2.2 GHz speed Turbo speed? That would be the maximum.
