I agree with bignastyid, you need to look at an 850W for an RTX 3080, also you should double the RAM to 32GB, 16GB is the minimum these days. You will also need a better cpu cooler, that cooler is too small to adequately cool an I7 12700K. I would also pick a different case, you can get a better case for less.
