GTX 1660 super
Ryzen 7 3700x
Gigabyte b450m ds3h.
Ram 16gb 3200mhz.

Yes 650w is plenty.... You could probably get away with a 450w psu but definitely a 550w. Try using one of the online psu calculators to get a good estimate of what you need. They aren't exact but give you a general idea.... https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
