Tittle pretty much says it all. The GPU I have currently is a Geforce gtx 660 ti <-- refer to my specs on my other forum posts

Gpu temps go up to about 89-90 degrees at the most

Might want to blow it out some.
If your feeling brave and dont care about your warranty, replace the thermal Paste.

Maybe some case fans. Thats a little mad for a Nvidia Card... My Old MSI GTX 660 with 1 Fan and 1 case exhasut fan didnt go over 76C in a 80F room in a tiny little case playing crysis 3 at Very High and Some Ultra settings at 1080p

What do you mean "blow it out some" Air?

Yes. I use Hair Dryers that have the option to disable the Heating Coils. Marvelous

^^ False

Ultra settings will not "kill" your graphics card. Really a GPU should be able to sustain absolute maximum load without overheating. If no, there is a problem with your cooling configuration.

And with VSYNC off there will be little GPU load difference between medium high or ultra

I have a geforce gtx 660 ti fyi (sorry for teh constant reminder)
