Can dell u2711@ 2560x1440 with firepro v7900 performance

Hello,
i got dell u2711 but my max resolution only stay in1680x1050. cant not get higher in Screen resolution menu, anyone can help?

Are you using the DP-to-DVI-adapter? That's a singl-link-adapter and only supports the lower resolution. A DP-to-DP-connection should support the full resolution.

What video cable are you using?

Quick google says you may need DVI-D (dual link DVI) or HDMI.
