Is there a way to have explorer always load with a custom explorer bar
that I always want displayed?

I managed to hack the registry to have the explorer bar replace the
'folders' one which works, but then I lose access to the folder view.
Not the most elegant solution.

Anyone have any ideas?

Tom, is this third party? Is it listed under View/Toolbars or Explorer
Bars? More info.
